Service descriptions on this website are for general information only. The binding scope, timelines, commercials and guarantees for any engagement are set out in the written proposal or agreement issued for that engagement, which prevails over website content in case of any difference.

You agree that you will not:

• Use this website for any unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, inaccurate or third-party information without authorisation through our enquiry or contact forms.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or harvest candidate or client data from the site.
• Copy, reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial use without our prior written consent.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry on behalf of an organisation. Jobseekers sharing resumes confirm the information provided is true and that they consent to its review for suitable opportunities.

Submitting an enquiry through our website, including the “Enquire with SourceGrids” form, is an invitation to discuss a potential engagement — it does not by itself create a contract or a service commitment.

Our team typically responds within 24 to 48 business hours. Any commercials, shortlist timelines, verification turnaround times or replacement assurances discussed are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.

• Fees are as stated in the accepted proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, fee schedules, payment milestones and taxes are binding once the proposal is signed.
• Replacement assurance, where offered (for example our replacement warranty on select mandates), applies strictly as per the conditions and claim window defined in the proposal.
• Client cooperation: timely feedback on profiles, access for verification coordination and accurate job descriptions are essential for us to meet committed timelines.
• Circumvention: candidates introduced by SourceGrids and hired (directly or through affiliates) within 12 months of introduction are billed as per the agreed fee schedule.

Verification checks are conducted only with the candidate's consent and on the basis of documents and authorisations provided by the client or candidate. Reports reflect information received from issuing authorities, former employers and educational institutions at the time of verification.

While we follow multi-point validation processes, SourceGrids is not liable for inaccuracies originating from third-party records, nor for hiring decisions taken by the client on the basis of a report. Disputed reports may be re-checked once, free of charge, within 30 days of report delivery.

HRMS implementations are licensed and supported as per the subscription or service agreement for that deployment. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of employee data migrated into the system and for administering user access within their organisation.

We provide configuration assistance and support windows as defined in the agreement. Custom development, integrations and data migration beyond the agreed scope are billed separately.

We treat mandates, candidate data and commercial terms as strictly confidential, consistent with the “Strict NDA & confidentiality guaranteed” assurance stated on our enquiry channels. Where a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed, it supplements this clause.

Clients and candidates likewise agree not to disclose confidential information received during an engagement — including candidate identities, reports and fee structures — to any third party without prior written consent.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons and layouts — is owned by or licensed to SourceGrids and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you. Verification reports and shortlists are licensed to the engaging client solely for the purpose of the mandate for which they were prepared.

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of India, SourceGrids shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including loss of profit, business opportunity or goodwill — arising from the use of this website or from hiring decisions taken by clients.

Our aggregate liability for any engagement shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid to SourceGrids for that engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SourceGrids, its directors, employees and affiliates against claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the website, or information you provide that is inaccurate or infringing.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services.

We may revise these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your use applies. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
